Rain Rain Go Away.
August 30, 2007
What a season. It’s been raining almost every day, the bed is my solace, the pillow, my close bud. It makes it almost impossible to wake up. Haha.
A big thank you to all who’ve done their part in burning paraphernalia AND smoking (thank you *ehem* Joey.. lol ). It’s a cycle, you see. Burn, smoke, gas, condense, cloud blah3. Ouh and also, the depletion of the ozone layer which in turn contributes to the climate change; the greenhouse effect rings any bell?
Weather works well for my hibernation period too. Yawn. Ciao.
A Perfect Indonesian Sinetron.
August 30, 2007
Lately, I’ve been catching up on Teevee-watching. Yes, it’s finally the time to just chill at home, and stare at the screen. And what amuses me the most, is to watch Indonesian sinetron (something like episodic drama, mini-series, whatever). Ouh gawd, it’s just so annoying initially, that I gradually got used to watching them cuz the rest of my family members never fail to miss the program.

Goodness gracious, like seriously, what the fark, dude, what the fark. What’s with the over-the-top expressions, face fully-caked even though you just wake up, and the hair babe, the “god knows how many cans of hairspray you’ve used for that and how many innocent soul died of suffocation inhaling those sprays” hairstyle! NDP: The Aftermath.
August 29, 2007
Had the NDP appreciation dinner just now at the platform’s VIP lounge. The Marina Bay platform’s really all bare now, like, a piece of flat land. I must say, though it was a drag waking up early on Saturdays for this shat, it brings back lots of memories to be part of the live telecast of NDP.

Fast forward, the appreciation dinner was that of an informal and quick one, with last minute spoilt sound system and, spicy food (well at least it wasn’t KFC again). The committee actually duplicated the live-feed recordings that we did for the actual day for each of us. Ok, call me crazy, but there was no audio (cuz the live feed we took goes straight to the big screens thus not a need for audio recording) and I kinda watch through like the whole 2-3 hours of the recording, with of course lah, some forwards here and there. Remembered those times when I have to go hand-held till my hands got cramp. Haha. Here’s some screenshots, to sort of like, reminisce? Haha.

Shots from my camera team. During the talents pool section.
Shying Away.
August 27, 2007
Fuck. It’s those time of the month again when I just feel like hiding in a corner shying away from everything.
Afterall, it’s fucking holidays.
And fucking headaches have to act up every night. Arh, fuck it. Who needs fucking peace of mind.
Gulps down paracetamol, switches off light, and hides in the dark.

Can’t shy away, unfortunately.

[All things Chocolately Chocgasmic]
Remember those younger days when eating those twenty cents gold-foiled chocolate coins satisfy your desire for sweet stuff? Or tastefully gorging down on M&Ms that “melts in your mouth not in your hands”. Now here’s a few that can easily satisfy that sudden choco-craving of yours, real good.

Lindt Lindor
Availability: Almost any supermarket, Mustaffa Centre or DFS Galleria.
Price: approx. < $20 for a box of 200g.
Lindt Lindor is ouh-so-good, you’ll have instant chocgasm at any point of time. It is best kept at room temperature and never in the fridge. These Lindors are as fragile as creme eggs yet having a uniquely smooth melting centre. With just one pop in the mouth, the choco-ball lookalike burst sending streams of melting chocolate down your throat. Maybe this would be the Swiss version of the local ondeh-ondeh. You’ll end up finishing all at one go. Well believe, me. Swiss never lie about their chocolates. Hah.
Oops Shit.

And so lets dwell on the past and talk about the party that was known to little yet never happened. This was supposedly to be pasted on people’s back and on anything, anywhere- when it was better known as Spunk.

Wana stand under his umbrella- ella – ella – eh – eh – eh ?
I’d rather not, for fear of molestation. HAHA.
Enjoy!
Cuz The Feeling Sucked.

I would trade give away all the words that I saved in my heart
That I left unspoken…
Ouh have I told you that I fucking love this song still? Rascal Flatts’ “What Hurts the Most”.
Oops! Gets Exposed.
August 20, 2007
Yeah, updates on Oops? Nah, not that we’re dead, inactive and not doing anything. There’s been interesting feedbacks, ongoing competitions and awesome collaborations with some pretty big events and companies coming soon.
Yup, it’s been an awesome experience to get people talking about it. Here are some websites that talk about Oops!
STOMP Media Club.
Collaboration with Straits Time Online Media Paper, reporting news in campus, to the public. Yea I know some would say that STOMP is crap and all. With fellow STOMPers reporting on nonsensical, crappy shats that simple invades one’s privacy and getting people into unnecessary troubles. But some articles, is worth your time reading, lah. Haha.
